| 留学生が日本の会社に就職する場合の手続き | Procedures for College Student Students to Employment in Japanese Companies |
| 日本の大学に留学し、そのまま日本国内の会社に就職する場合、在留資格を「留学」から「技術・人文知識・国際業務」に変更しなければなりません。 | If you College Student to a Japanese university and work for a company in Japan as is, you must change your status of residence from “College Student” to “Engineering, Specialist in Humanities and International Services”. |
| 留学生が、大学や専門学校を卒業し、日本の会社に「総合職」として入社する場合、在留資格は、「人文知識」になります。 | If a College Student graduates from a university or vocational school and joins a Japanese company as a “Career-track employees,” the status of residence will be “Humanities knowledge.” |
| 「人文知識」とは、入管法によって、「わが国の公私の機関との契約に基づいて行う、法律学、経済学、社会学、その他の人文科学の分野に属する技術もしくは知識を要する業務に従事する活動」と定められています。 | “Humanities knowledge” is defined by the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as “activities to engage in services that require technology or knowledge pertinent to the fields of law, economics, sociology, or other humanities, based on a contract with a public or private organization in Japan.” |
| 具体的には、経理、金融、総合職、会計、コンサルタント等の、学術上の素養を背景とする一定水準以上の専門的知識を必要とする活動を意味します。 | Specifically, this refers to activities that require a certain level of expertise, such as accounting, finance, Career-track employees, accounting, and consultants, against the background of academic background. |
| この要件としましては、学歴を基準とする要件、実務経験を基準とする要件の2つがあります。 | There are two requirements, one based on academic background and one based on practical experience. |
| そして、日本人が働く場合における賃金と同等額以上の賃金を得る必要があります。 | When a Japanese worker works, he or she must receive wages equal to or higher than the wages. |
| 外国人の学歴要件は、大学等で、就職したい会社の業務と関連する科目を専攻し、卒業していることになりますが、大学における専攻科目と会社の業務内容は一応関連があればよいとされ、柔軟に判断し、許可されているのが現状です。 | Foreign nationals have graduated from colleges or universities in courses related to the work of the company they want to obtain.
